We are pleased to announce the commencement of foundation works for the apartment development. This critical phase establishes the structural base that will support the entire building. Current Activities: - Site Excavation: Ground excavation to required depth levels, with soil testing and compaction verification completed - Foundation Formwork: Installation of formwork for the foundation layout, ensuring precise dimensions and alignment - Steel Reinforcement: Placement of reinforcing steel bars (rebar) according to structural engineering specifications, including binding and spacing verification - Column Starters: Positioning of column reinforcement cages that will tie into the superstructure Quality Assurance: All works are being carried out under strict supervision to ensure compliance with approved structural drawings and building codes. Concrete pouring will proceed once the reinforcement inspection is completed and approved. Next Steps: Following the foundation concrete pour and curing period, we will advance to the ground floor slab and begin vertical column construction.

Site clearing and preparation has been completed. Ground survey and soil testing have been finalized. Construction permits approved by Kiambu County. Ready to begin foundation works.
